Low Wing

Well this is somewhat embarrassing but I thought I would share. After my annual condition inspection I was noticing that my low left wing seemed more pronounced and decided to investigate. Got the plans out read all that I could and started with the flaps. Found that the right flap was hanging below the fuselage about 1/8 inch. Raised the flap to match and to my amazement no more heavy wing. I don't know how long I have been putting up with this condition but hitting my head against the wall didn't help. Learned that attention to detail and realizing that the airfoil surfaces need to be pretty precise to make the bird fly correctly. Duh!
