Dimpling closed up wing section

I have quick build wings that have a number of holes for the landing light attachment bracket rivets that were supposed to be dimpled on a C-frame when built. Well of course the wing is now closed and the yoke on neither the manual nor pneumatic squeezer will allow the dies to reach the holes. Any thought on how to dimple those?

Can you use the pop rivet dies? If you have access to the inside to get the female die in there that may work.

ed: thinking about this I think it may not because you would have to squeeze from the inside.
