Was hoping to find out some pros and cons regarding the two types of fuel senders, which is more reliable, accurate etc

Rather than hashing this non-ending debate again, I would kindly ask that you try the "search" feature in the top bar of the forum.

The terms "capacitance fuel" returned 148 threads and "float fuel" return over 500.

Float type for me!

My experience is with float and capacitance probes in helicopters. Capacitance probes are great in general. No moving parts etc, but, a major pain in the butt when moisture is involved, particularly in the tropics.

I'm going for float senders in my RV8, just to keep it simple.
