Default Good save!

Once again this place proves its worth

My two grips came with the 3/4" ID inserts. I need the 7/8" ID. Why the previous builder ordered them that way is a mystery, but who knows, maybe they were an ebay find.

I had the same problem. I cut the vertical as short as possible and cut 7/8 in off the bottom. I still couldn't clear the panel with the original Torsten grips which have quite a bit of forward angle. I swapped for the Tosten military style grip and adjusted the length of the elevator linkage at the swinging bell crank. Now I have clearance and full range elevator per specs.
