Default Breaking the Edge

Pages 10-30 and 10-31 address the prep and installation of the tailcone's top side skins. What is noticeably absent from the plans is any mention of breaking the edges as was mentioned for the lower side skins as well as the top skin when you read ahead. Is that an oversight in the plans or is there a reason not to break the edges here? I thought this was supposed to be good standard of practice to do so.

I used the edge roller to break the top skin before dimpling - then I test fit the skin and had a VERY slight gap at the edges when clecoed in place. I broke the edges a bit more with a seamer to make them nice and flat.
