There were a few around from the Viking guys, but I think they were snatched up.

Default Fill and repeat

Have you considered filling the bad holes and starting over?

I have not done this myself, but just had this conversation with another RVer this past weekend. I'm currently working on my cowling in advance of my engine arriving. I'm struggling with drilling too many holes in cowling prior to having final nose-cone location to align with.

The conversation included, "well, if it is misaligned, you can just fill the holes and start over." ...

... not sure I like this tho.

Actually the spacing is slight uneven from the spinner which involves a lot of work redoing most of hinges and just don't want to send the plane for paint because of this, appreciate ur concern may be I can hear from someone else order a new bottom cowl.

probably could add fiberglass inside cowl where it is too close to spinner and then file and shape outside. easy to do compared to doing a new cowl maybe?
