Anyone else have this issue with a GTN

So I loaded the new software in the GTN 650 and the G3X touch. Went to set up the blue tooth to connect the MFD to the 45R transponder for the weather. No Blue tooth. Talked to Mike at Garmin and he said go into the set up page on the GTN and activate the Blue tooth/connect for the 45R. One problem, I have no blue tooth icon. Called Mike back and went over it with him while my system was fired up. Yep, I should have a connect/blue tooth icon, but I don?t. He said that this was a first and he needed to figure what?s going on. Anyone else run into this?
