Nice to see an Aussie engine going into an RV.
Are you sticking with the standard carbie or going for an alternative? The Aero Vee throttle body works well on a friend of mines Sonex, same engine.
My opinion is that the stock cooling as it comes from Jabiru works well, but 4CHTs would be a good idea. No need for EGT with the stock carbie.

i would go with all cyl. egt with the carb. i certainly needed them on mine as i changed jets and now as i watch egt's change with oat.

I'm sure you have done W&B calculations but from your photo the setup looks heavier than a 912 and seems further forward. Do you have to make other changes to keep COG correct?

Thanks all for your response

The Engine should be here early January

Ian / Bob
The Engine will have a Bing Carburetor and will remain stock until the warranty is up, then all things are possible.
I will use 6 CHTs & 6 EGTs

Tom
Ditto The New Gen 4 Engines looks like Jabiru have their best engine to date.

Mike
The Cowling is from Pete a few years ago and is still available.
