Which bottom cowl is it?

I ordered the finished kit with plans of using a IO-360 180HP engine for my -8. The cowl says 8 IO on it which I think is right. However, in the instructions it says the O-320, and IO-360 180 HP engines have the carb air scoop on the bottom of the cowl which I don't want, and the IO-360 200 HP does not have that scoop. On drawing 48 cowl installation, it shows the O-320 and O-360 with scoop and IO-360 with out the scoop. So which is right? Thanks

If you order the IO-360 180HP with horizontal induction, then you want the cowl with no scoop. Vertical induction requies the scoop.

if your engine is the I0-360M1B you do not need the scoop, this is the horizontal fuel inject lycoming, I have one...
