Does anyone know what the aileron hinge bracket angles are made of, 2024 or 7075?
We assembled the hinges this weekend, and after clecoing the larger angle to the spar, the fitting sat above the spar flange preventing the lower skin sitting correct. Clecoing the small angle to the spar, it sat just right. The prepunched holes in the spar and angle are a hole off.
