warped rudder pedal bar

Has anyone else experienced a problem with the rudder pedal bar being warped or slightly curved? I'm not sure if this is a by product of the welding or what. My WD-655R is fine but the WD-655L has about a 1/8" cup toward the middle. You can see the space between the bars open and close when you rotate the 655L but not the 655R. Also when bolted in the pedal brace block, rotation of the 655L causes the brace to move or flex. I even sent it back to Vans and the new one is the same way.

Can't say mine came out that way, but given its a steel weldment it should be fairly easy to bend back straight if it is a concern.
