F-704B AFT Bulkhead busing holes?

(Title should read "bushing" holes)

I have very carefully measured the two holes for the plastic bushings that are to installed in the F-704B center section bulkhead.

In the pic below, you can see the pilot hole I drilled. Then I drew a 5/8" diameter circle around the hole as this is the size hole that is to be step-drilled.

But notice how close it will be to the rivet hole. Is this OK? This is exactly what the plans are calling for, but it seems too close to the rivet hole to me.

Looks a little closer than on my 9A. My plans called for the holes to be located 1 9/32" above the bottom line of holes and 1/4" inboard of the rib rivet holes:

Your holes look better. Mine are suppose to be 1/4" and 1 17/32".

I measured them 4 times!! So they are right where they are suppose to be. I wonder if I can use a smaller bushing? Perhaps I'll send the pic to Vans and see what they say.
