Pro seal on elevator stiffeners

Is it advisable to add proseal to the elevator stiffeners on my 9A? I applied it to the rudder stiffeners and it worked very well.

Welcome Peter.
It's a builder choice. Some do. I did. Some feel it helps on any surface in the prop wash.
