Trim Servo Speed Control

I am looking for a Trim Servo Speed Controller for my RV10...About 4 years ago I bought one for my RV7, a full torq (i think pulse width modulated one) But I cannot remember the brand

I searched the forums and All I see nowadays is
1) Ray Alan SPD-1 ... SERVO SPEED CONTROL http://www.tcwtech.com/Safety-Trim-Page.htm but is uses voltage drop to slow the servo down; OR

2) TCW Tech Safte trim, that is expensive

What I fiitted to my RV7 was affordable at the time, but i cannot remember the brand...any other choices out there, preferable full torq (no voltage drop)

I use the Matronics Governor III and I know other people the use it also. You can find it at matronics.com

I use the Matronics III for both elevator and rudder trim in my -10 and they work well.
