Condition Inspection Items

Hi all,

Doing my first condition inspection. I have a couple of questions I couldn't find answers to.

1. My flaps are working fine. Small amount of grease on arm. Am I supposed to lube the jackscrew as a part of the annual? If so, with what and how?

2. I have been lubing the multiple rod-ends with a little tri-flow. Should I also be lubing the aileron hinges? How about the bellcrank in the wing for the ailerons?

3. There is a little roughness, sort of burrs, on the aft edge of the starter ring. Most of the gear is fine. The starter gear is normal as best I can see it. In theory, my VPX prevents me from engaging the starter with the engine running. Did that somehow happen or is this standard wear?

4. I found some minute oil drips on various spots of the engine. The engine is new, i.e. about 125 hrs. I am assuming this is pretty common. Be nice if there were not drips at all, but this is pretty minor. Normal?

Thanks
