Attaching Rear canopy skirts

I fabricated my own fiberglass rear canopy skirts. What is the best method for attaching them to the plexiglass? I was initially planning on using Sikaflex for expansion issues but I'm not sure a thin layer of Sika would hold up. Should I "glue" them with straight epoxy? Is there a significant expansion issue to consider?

I laid mine up on the airplane with tape and wax. Bonded with epoxy resin after scuffing the plexi. Didn't stick well to the side skirts (probably didn't scuff enough) so I riveted a piece of .025 aluminum over that part with a layer of proseal between.
