IO 390 Idle Mixture Adjustment

The adjustment procedure is pretty straightforward, but can anybody chime in on how much they actually turned the adjustment screw (number of notches moved)?

It helps to know which servo you have.

I have the Airflowperformance and I adjusted mine by two flats (of the hex linkage)

Whatever comes as standard. I didn't get a Thunderbolt. I've already adjusted it 3 flats / notches and it's still very rich.

I don't remember the number of notches, but it was quite a bit that it took. The same thing happened on my IO-540 10 years prior. Both were set very rich. I'm not sure if that's just the way they set them up for some engine preservation reason, but from most people I have talked to, theirs were very rich until they set them.
