Painting/polish of the powerplant!

Folks,

Time is here to assemble my IO360. And to pimp the engine I wanna add some color.
Of course I understand its mostly some concerns so I wanna try find the balance.

I try group this concerns :

What I have understood is the paint prevent heat transport.
Are this well documented ? Does is apply to the whole engine ?
Or is it mostly cylinder head ? Could it be wise to not paint cylinder head ?

What kind of painting is the preferred one ?

Of course thin layer are preferred, but what is best ?
Powder coating ? Or just regular high temp painting ?
Or maybe a mix of it for case and cylinders ?

Could anyone recommend a good paint and/or coat ?

What order to do it ?

I have watched some youtube videos and seems like most build case first and mask cylinders ?
Or should case be painted in parts ? Have anyone experience ?

Cylinder fins:

I consider polish the top of the cylinder fins, have any done or comments ?

Polish of crankcase ?

Anyone know about it has been done ?
