Default Aileron Actuation - Sec. 23

Since I have the QB wings I don't have wing cradles (yet). Would I run in to a hassle if I rigged the ailerons with the wing laying flat, upside down on a workbench?

I did it that way. No problem. Trickier is doing the wingtip ribs.
