G’day
I just installed the internal ruder stop and the distance between rudder and elevators is 4 1/8”.Has anyone been this far out and how much would you cut of stop to have 1 1/8 clearance?

Check the degrees of travel recommended by Vans.
I know my Rudder misses the Elevators only by about 3/4 inch
Which after 450 hours has not been an issue.

Make sure the rudder is not hitting the skin on the Vertical Stab.
