Default Page 29-02 step 2 - overlap of F-01454 muffler shroud ramp

Step 2 on page 29-02 says to overlap the F-01483 forward bottom skins, F-01484 center bottom skin, and F-01454 muffler shroud ramp as shown in figure 1. I want to confirm that I have the right overlap for the muffler shroud ramp, which appears to be shown above the center bottom skin. And, assuming that is correct, would this be a place to proseal so as to prevent any oil seeping into the area of the control column?

After trying to fit it together both ways, it works better to put the shroud inboard of (above) the F-01484 skin, which does most closely match figure 1 on page 29-02. And now that I have spent more time on the following pages preparing and priming parts, I notice that step 5 on page 29-04 calls for applying fuel tank sealant in that seam.
