Dimple holes oversized?

I am aware that dimpling will slightly expand the drilled hole, but these seem a bit larger than I remember them. For a #40 drilled hole, how big are your holes after you dimple them?

I can't read the photo but here are some measurements off my fuse skins.
#40 reamer hole...098"
C-frame
Standard dimple die .025" skin... .105"
Tank die .032" stiffener... .115"

I prefer a #41 drill for holes to be dimpled... it seems to get a slightly smaller finished hole.

The Mil Spec calls for a 0.093 to 0.103 hole, and a #41 drill is 0.096 so is well within specification and allows for the extra stretching during dimpling.

You do need to make sure your dimple die "nipple" will fit the smaller hole.
