Default WTB: DRDT-2

Since I may be building a 10 soon, looking for a used DRDT-2 in good working condition at a fair price.

The closer to East TN the better but shipping is also an option I would like.

I knew I would regret selling my old one!

Sounds like you're serious...about the 10.

Also would be interested in a front end kit if someone has one they are not using.

I've got one I've never really used (I'm never going to be a builder). What's fair?

EDIT: Also, my mother lives in Johnson City so I'm sure I'll be flying down to see her at some point in the next few months. If you want to wait, we could or I can ship with fairly good rates through work.

Kevin,

I have been able to find some steel to make the frame. I already built one over 10 years ago but foolishly sold it after finishing my 7. It has built a few more airplanes since then I think.

Currently Paul’s website list the full unit at $400 and the front end kit at $190.

If you make me an offer I can’t refuse, I would just skip building one.

Would you part with the front end off of yours?

Sure. How about $100 plus shipping for the front end?
