Plexi-Bit

The plans call for drilling the landing light lens, part number W-00014, first with a #30 plexi bit, and then upsizing it using a #27 plexi bit in steps 5 and 7 on page 17-09. It's easy enough to find a #30 plexi bit, but I haven't found a #27 plexi bit after a search of my normal go-to tool suppliers (Aircraft Spruce, Isham Tools, Cleaveland Tools, Brown Tools). They have 1/8" and 5/32" (i.e. 0.125 and 0.1563), but not #27 (0.144"). Where did you guys find a number 27 drill bit for acrylics? These holes later accommodate a #6 screw.
Also, I'm wary about the trimming that will be necessary to fit the lens since it is prone to cracking. How have others done this? With a Dremel tool and cutoff wheel?
Thanks,

I bought a number of plexiglas drill bits from Abbeon. They have an amazing assortment of tools to work with plexiglas, including numbered bits.

That's what I love about this forum. Folks always have helpful feedback.
Thanks for the tool suppliers. I'll add them to my list!
