Special Tools for Elevator ***'y

The first page of the elevator ***'y calls out:

1. 150 grit AlO2 sandpaper
2. Modified 3/32 dimple die
3. reduced diameter 3/32 dimple die
4. #40 countersink cutter with tapered pilot
5. notched riveting yoke

So, #1 is a HD item - check! I have #3.
What is #2?
Is #4 the same as what you get in the Avery tools countersink set?
Is #5 the same as a longeron yoke?
 
In the instructions tell you all that information for each item. I have my plans out in the hangar so I cannot look them up for you.
#2 instructions tell you how to modify a cheap (non US made) die to fit the application.
#4 has you grind a taper to the pilot.
#5 has you grind a notch, but one of my yokes fit as it was no grinding needed .
 
***'y….. short for assembly - I like how the board makes it ***'y. I wonder if I'm being silently reported. Too funny.
