RV-4 Panel CAD DWG...

Shoot me an email tomorrow. I have a pretty good one, but there is a big caveat! ALL RV4 panels are NOT created equal. Since all of us old slow builders remember having to cut our own panels, you'll find out that literally no two are alike. Close, but not the same as with the 7's and on up.
I'd be happy to send you what I have, but can't guarantee it'll fit any existing RV4's. What we usually do for either an existing or new RV4 is have cut the panel a little larger and then trim it to fit the exact plane.

Went home, got the plans, and rolled my own!
I went thru the cut to fit on my -6A too. I realize the -4 will be the same, just wanted something to lay everything out on for the CNC guy. A friend gave me an old -6 panel blank, so it's gonna get cut down to fit the -4. I saved the old -4 panel to use as my guide for final fit.
