Relief holes in O-360-A4J

Considering converting a -A4J case for constant speed use. It already has an ECI hollow crankshaft. I understand there are a couple of relief holes in the nose of the case that relief oil pressure from the front bearing area that must be plugged for the conversion. Where are these holes? And can they be plugged without splitting the case? Mahlon???
