I did the modification and it was easy but I was an Airline Mechanic.. Use Mek to remove the old glue. I also used 3M 1300L ( he glue the airlines use for interiors ) to reinstall the foam. I also reglued some of their velcro that was coming lose. It was a great kit and mine came out fantastic.
