Aircraft hangared in Oxnard, California (KOXR)
Day/Night VFR with strobes, nav and taxi/landing lights. Adjustable pedals, electric flaps and trim, intercom, rear controls (no rear throttle and brakes).
Recent tires/tubes and new brakes at last annual.
Total time Airframe: 196
Engine- Lycoming O-360-A1D Serial #L-68538-36A. Since Major Overhaul: 1856. Engine Total Time: 4786. Routine oil changes with oil analysis reports, no leaks, recent 500 hour magneto inspection, eight new tempest plugs with fine wire on lower (UREM38S). Last compression check- #1-72/80 #2-75/80 #3- 76/80 #4- 76/80. Have all logs and manuals.
Avionics- Dynon D180 (not the bright model), KX-155 Radio/Nav, Garmin Aera 500 GPS, apollo GX-56 gps..
Propellor- Hartzell constant speed HC-C2YK-1BF serial #CH21386E, blades F7666A-2 serial #F34336/7. Reseal, refinish and static ballance 12/13. Condition inspection due 11/18

I am the third owner of this airplane. Fantastic hands off straight flying airplane with no damage history, very well built and a lot of fun.
