Fibreglass primer

I'd appreciate suggestions for a good fibreglass primer. I've had a suggestion for SPI but it doesn't seem readily available in Canada. It has to be compatible with UV Smooth Prime.

I'm going to have the plane professionally done (to be determined who exactly) so I don't know that info Carl.

If you haven't picked a painter, just get the contours right, fill the pinholes, and wait until you pick your painter. Once you pick your painter, he may have a product line he wants you to use if you do any further prep work.

I tried that with a couple of local painters and they all said the same thing.

Use an epoxy primer if you want to fly it first.

They didn't seem to be fussy about a particular one. :)
