Why not just get one through Vans. Price is competitive, and you will actually have the one they recommend. Have them pack it with your kit, and you won't even notice you paid for it.
Just noticed the wheel you are referring to. I don't think a silicon carbide wheel is what you want. That's a grinder wheel.
