Riveting under the canopy rail

I'm down to the last 4 rivets under the canopy rail, adjacent to the spar covers.
Anybody got hints/tools that worked here? Very hard to find a bucking bar that fits.

I ended up improvising with a piece of scrap steel, backed up with a larger bucking bar. Wasn't ideal, but it got the job done. They were a royal pain...

made a bucking bar

About 6" long piece of 3/8" X 2" steel bar. Just polished the end.

I did the same...it's a pain any way you do it.

Back Rivet plate

Do u have a the standard back rivet plate like from Avery, about 4" x 12" x 1/4" thick? Thats what i recall using - fits nicely.

I poked the tip of my no-hole squeezer yoke up in there and used it to buck which worked well. The rest of the yoke makes a good handle.
