Fuel pump fitting with ORing

Just wondering what is the standard guidelines for mounting the inlet/outlet fitting to the fuel pump which has an ORing. How tight should they be done?

Thank you all for providing the info. At first I could not believe the 23-24 FT LB torque as it seems a lot but considering that is listed at two places, it trust it now not to be a typo.
