Mounting the EFii coil pack

Can any fellow Efii users send me some pics of how you mounted the coil pack? The packs are mounted on the Efii bracket and I am thinking the best place is on top of the upper cross bar on the engine mount. I have found a couple of pics of others who have placed it in this location but I can't find any pics of how they attached it.
I'm open to other suggestions as well.

Thanks
-Mike

They do, but I'm with the poster... I haven't found any clear pictures of how people are actually attaching the mount onto the engine mount!

I know some folks have used U-bolts (is that what they're called?) and I believe I've seen zipties as well. I can't quite square it away in my head with the locations of the holes in the mounting plate.

I don't have any clear pics of the attachment, but I used U bolts. 130hrs and it hasn't budged. The holes line up perfectly. Just experiment a little. I know others have used adel clamps. I think I was the second one to use this mounting location. I copied another guy:)

Adel clamps with centre brace

While not an EFII coil pack,I also wanted my coils mounted up high on the centre brace.

I made my own bracket, write up here,

I used the 4 x adel clamps, two at each end . I also added a centre brace to the diagonal cross brace using a 30 mm stand off. This centre brace stopped any fore/aft rocking moment. So you end up with a solid mount that is not touching the engine mount.

For SDS CPI users, I converted my design to CAD and Ross now sells these via his web site when you order through him,

Mounting efii coil pack

Thanks! This is exactly what I needed to see. I really like the back brace to the angle. Stabilizing the rocking motion was one of of my concerns with mounting it in this location
