I need to confirm the cylinder I got after a field overhaul is appropriate for my O-320-B2C (160hp) I'm looking to make sure it's an 8.5:1 cylinder.
So you get the fore/aft, it's number 3 cylinder (right side).
The numbers on the aft are... F436C (maybe last is a 6)
The numbers on the bottom are... LW12417 (very clear)
the numbers on the front are (looks like a data plate)...
LW-12687 C
?QP 2 0 <- ? may be a "B"
The #1 cylinder (was not replaced)
aft... 2165 F62
bottom... AEL85099
front... same as #3
The reason I'm asking is that my new cylinder doesn't have the whole drilled for the fuel injector (which I have) and I want to know it's got the right compression before I get it drilled and threaded.
Thanks!
