Yeah, sometimes circumstances push your schedule up. I hadn't planned on building for a year or two, but came across a deal I couldn't pass up. So here we are! Build on!

Default Practice Project: Plans Binder

I needed some more practice riveting and I also needed a decent binder to protect my plans, so I combined the needs and made my own.

A bit of an update: I'm nearly done making the workshop a place that can be comfortably used year round! Only a bit of insulation left to go and I can move the tail cone in and begin working in earnest!

OK, this is more workshop related, but it is a milestone. I managed over the last week to get my machine tools moved in and set up. While they aren't strictly necessary for the RV-10 build, not having them available has been eating at me, and once I get started on the wings, I expect to have very little time to spare for workshop setup. So I decided to get this done now. If I need to make some machined or sheet metal parts, I have the capability now.

Just ordered the wing kit today! Clock is ticking on putting the finishing touches on the empennage kit, and I'm getting excited!
