What is the cheapest way to transfer money to Vans for the kits to be penalized the least with fees and exchange rates?

Get a preloaded foreign exchange card where you only pay the exchange rate... Works like a charm!

A Rogers Mastercard charges you the daily exchange rate +2.5% but then gives you 4% cash back. It's also a great card for travel outside Canada.
