Default For Sale 2010 RV 8A

I am plane rich and project poor. I like building more than flying and have two RV's for sale. An RV 12 and am trying to sell my RV 8A.

Asking $94,000.00 for this 2010 RV 8A with 148 hours TTSN.

Engine/Prop:

XO 0360 A1A 180 HP TT 148
Hartzell C/S Prop 74"
Air Wolf remote filter got tired of oil dripping everywhere
Vetterman Exhaust
Reim Engine heater up in North before I moved to Florida

Avionics:

GRT HX EFIS units top/bottom
Garmin GMA 340
Garmin GNS 430 Wass
Garmin SL 40
Garmin GTX 322 Transponder recently re-certified in December
Garmin Aera 795
ELT 406 Locator
GDL-39 ADS-B In
XM Weather receiver unit if you wanted XM Weather

Other Instruments/back up steam gages:

Air Speed, Altimeter, T & B
Trio Pro Pilot 2 Axis Auto Pilot
Electric Flaps
Electric Trim Ray Allen
Infinity Aerospace Stick Grip
Aerox Oxygen
Anti Splat nose gear modification
Anti Splat rudder/stick lock
Whelen Strobes, Navigation lights
Aero Sun wing tip landing lights
Bruce Custom Canopy Cover
Archer VOR antenna wing tip
Cleveland Seats
Rear seat stick, no rudder pedals nor rear throttle quadrant but could be installed

Flies great

Two small defects: 2 small cracks in rear canopy from Northern cold have been stop drilled and taped. And some small blisters in lower engine canopy from paint not sticking properly to fiberglass cowling. I painted the plane myself. A learning experience.

Allan doesn't have hosting for pictures online, so we are putting them online and are linking to them for him.
