Empennage finished minus the rudder. (rudder kit included)
SB wings 99% completed minus wing tips
QB slider fuse 75% completed
Finish kit included
Pitch and roll AP servos
High-pressure fuel pump
AOA pitot tube
Upgraded JDAir tailwheel

New in a box Lycoming XIO-360 (kept in climate control setting)
New in a box Hartzell CS prop

Located in Orlando area.

Value of kit, prop, engine and extras = $69,000+

Yes, it was sent back to Lycoming for inspection and just returned. Still in original crate.
