2 days out and it looks like we are beginning to see a few cancellations coming in as things get closer which is what we always expect! We have folks booked from 21 states so it's pretty unlikely that all will have perfect VFR and this is the normal routine for last minute changes.
Currently, we have 4 rooms available at the Rockefeller Conference Center.
There is no problem with booking rooms and coming to the evert on short notice except that we'll have to make up a name tag when you arrive since it's too late to pre-register.
For room reservations CALL THE RCC Desk at (501) 727 5435 ! Tell them you're with the fly in and they should take good care of you.
Short of a hurricane, Petit Jean will be in full swing this weekend. The grass is cut, the big tent is up, the cooking crew is prepping, and the RCC is looking for you.
