Cylinder Identification

I need to confirm the cylinder I got after a field overhaul is appropriate for my O-320-B2C (160hp) I'm looking to make sure it's an 8.5:1 cylinder.

So you get the fore/aft, it's number 3 cylinder (right side).

The numbers on the aft are... F436C (maybe last is a 6)
The numbers on the bottom are... LW12417 (very clear)
the numbers on the front are (looks like a data plate)...
LW-12687 C
?QP 2 0 <- ? may be a "B"

The #1 cylinder (was not replaced)
aft... 2165 F62
bottom... AEL85099
front... same as #3

The reason I'm asking is that my new cylinder doesn't have the whole drilled for the fuel injector (which I have) and I want to know it's got the right compression before I get it drilled and threaded.

Thanks!

Compression is determined by the piston, not the cylinder. 150 hp and 160 hp use the same cylinders.
Pistons are either 7:1 cr (150) or 8.5:1 cr (160).

If I pull the jug, can I get a number to confirm? Just not feeling this one.

The part number should be on the top or underside of piston (my superiors had them on the the top and my Lyc's had them on the bottom). Compression ratio is set mostly by the distance from the piston top to piston pin dimension, though I am not sure this dimension is listed anywhere to use as a reference other than comparing to known part numbers.
