static wicks

Hey all-
Kind of a new builder question here. Has anyone ran into static build up issues on their -7a? How many of you guys really needed them and would you have prepared for them to be added from the beginning of you build?

I think it has been found that adding grounding straps from the control surfaces to the wings/fuselage takes care of most issues. The wicks can be added after the fact if needed, but I don't think you will see these on too many RVs.
