Default Mitch Lock, tech support!

At Copperstate 2019 today. Mitch was there with the RV-14, talking to other RV builders and prospective customers.

Nice guy, very patient listener! One gentleman asked if he was the tech support guy and Mitch replied that he fills in where he can.

Vans is in good hands.

Thumbs up

He wasn’t kidding. He answered my tech support call last week. Said they had called in the “second string.” Great guy to talk to!

Mitch answered my builders support call as well. He even went to the engineering drawings file to answer my question. I really appreciate it when senior management stay involved in the day to day operations in order to keep in touch with customers.
