Page 21-12

Stiffener F-1203J has one more hole to rivet than shown on Page 21-12. Done a search of site but can't find anything. Has this come up before or I'm I totally misreading something. Hole is above the 5 batch LP 4.3's but below the solid rivets.

I think your photo shows the answer. Drawing shows 5 pop rivets when there are actually 6. Extra one is next end of stiffener.
