Inner wing nutplate countersinking

I'm pretty sure I am supposed to use a #30 countersink on the nutplates that were riveted on page 16-03 but I just want to double check with you guys before I remove material. It seems like I need to follow the same procedure used on the spar for the fuel tank attachment holes.
 
If these are the screw holes for the wing to fuselage fairing panels, then yes, same depth using a #30 pilot into the attached #8 nut plate as a guide. I still had a cage set up from when I did my spars and used it.
