Fastback owners - Instrument cover

Has anyone experienced rain water leaking past the instrument cover and into the instrument compartment during flight? I?m fitting instruments now behind the panel and that got me to thinking about water intrusion. If yes, does anyone use a canvas or other waterproof cover over the instruments? I?m going to have an aircraft cover for overnights away from home.

Showplanes fastback? Nope, no water behind the panel. At least not yet

I'm definitely taking careful consideration for orientation of equipment behind the panel in case of water intrusion. Just a drip down the wrong connector can cause a bad day. (experience)

I've flown in rain couple times now no issues. Seems like the airflow there just keeps rain away
