How do I set the 500' aural alert?

When I first got my Skyview I would get a "500" aural alert on approach to land. Since I sent the unit back to Dynon for repair that alert has gone.

I've been looking through the User guide and Installation guide for Skyview and though I've seen them mentioned I can't seem to find how to set them?

Can anyone offer any help? Thanks in advance.

SkyView doesn't have this feature, and never has. I think you were hearing it from somewhere else.

Unless you were setting the MDA bug or altitude bug every landing...

It's possible as I have flown quite a few different LSAs…I could have sworn! Perhaps it was on the Garmin I flew in the Skycatcher.

The Garmin GPS496 has a 500 foot warning.
