EFII throttle return to full?

Does anyone run a spring on their FI throttle body to go to full throttle? thinking about a fail safe incase of throttle linkage breaking, coming loose, bracket failure ect, the throttle would default to full and then once destination-field made, cut IGN and land?

What if it broke while taxiing in HBC at Oshkosh! !!!!!

I run a weak spring on my TB for this reason. Rotax engines also use this strategy.

if quality cable, fittings and hardware are used, the spring is not necessary.
