HS SB adendum?

I must have missed this last year, did not notice this (10/14/2016) add on to the original SERVICE BULLETIN 14-01-31, to check for edge clearance of HS doubler and add a rivet location. begs the question that 2 1/2 years after the release of this original SB in January 2014, did they find another problem with this, a fix for the fix?

I think they had quite a few people report back (myself included) after finding it impossible to meet edge distance on some of the doubler plate holes, maybe there were variances in the HS-702 pre-punched holes over the years?
Anyway - the amended edge distance specs for the SB mean that my repair now comfortably passes requirements, whereas before the amendment I was looking at starting over..
