Wiring Question

Not sure I have a problem.... When I energize the nav light switch my auto-pilot dis-connect switch/light lites up. Is this suppose to happen or have I got a mis-wiring problem.

I've got dual g3x system???
 
In my Skyview RV-12 with Van's night lighting kit, the AP Disconnect switch (and the overhead red cabin flood light) lights up when you turn on the Nav Lights. This makes the switch readily visible during night operations.

Thanks for the reply....I just confirmed the same thing; just hadn't noticed it before.
 
I wired my Nav light switch to my fuel pump so I could shut it down in cruise. (I don't have Nav lights.) I noticed the same thing on the AP disconnect button light, and now I finally know why! Thanks.
